  • A supervisor who is a good listener, who provides feedback, as well as encouragement, praise for positives, validation of work and celebration of successes;
  • An opportunity to bring forward issues, ideas and challenges, to vent and debrief;
  • Guidance, support, assistance, feedback, challenge and direction;
  • Alternate perspectives, creative thinking and problem solving;
